No. The key is encrypted for the duration of the import and deleted the moment the import finishes, fails, or is discarded. Nothing about it is kept on your account.
Retell supports read-only scoped keys, and one is enough. Vapi, ElevenLabs, and Bland keys are not scoped, so we only call their list and read endpoints.
The importer picks the closest catalog voice by gender, accent, and language coverage and tells you how confident the match is. You can change it in the review table before anything is created.
ThunderPhone agents run from a single prompt. Flows are rewritten into an ordered call procedure with every transition condition and transfer number kept, and the review shows both the rewritten prompt and the structured one.
Yes. Paste the JSON your dashboard exports for an agent, or several agents, and the same mapping runs. Tools and knowledge referenced only by id will need a key to resolve.
Not automatically. The report lists every number and whether you own it. Carrier numbers connect as VoIP numbers; platform-owned numbers cannot be moved.
